Alexandria, VA | March 18, 2026 – Coming Soon listings will have the opportunity to appear exclusively on Zillow as part of Zillow’s Preview program, providing additional exposure for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty listings on the most visited real estate search site in the country

The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise network and HomeServices of America today announced a partnership with Zillow Group that will give the listings of agents affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty a new way to bring listings to market earlier on Zillow and Trulia, creating additional visibility for their listings and lead opportunities.

Through this partnership, eligible Coming Soon listings from PenFed Realty agents will appear on Zillow as part of the Zillow Preview program before they go active, providing early, public exposure on Zillow and Trulia — part of the most visited real estate app and website in the country

With an average of 235 million unique users a month, Zillow has the #1 U.S. real estate app, with more than twice as many daily active app users as its largest competitor.

A Coming Soon listing featured in Zillow Preview will prominently display the name of the brokerage, agent photo, and listing information, along with enhanced placement and visibility within Zillow so it stands out to consumers browsing homes before it officially hits the market.

Consumers who view the Zillow Preview listing will be able to contact the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty listing agent directly.

Once the Coming Soon period ends, the listing will then appear on Zillow under the standard display rules that apply to all active listings.

The Zillow Preview program does not introduce new rules or requirements. Listings must still comply with all local MLS guidelines regarding Coming Soon marketing.
