A Maryland resident for over 30 years. Madan attended Thomas S. Wootton High School in Rockville, MD and graduated from Frostburg State University (part of The University of Maryland system) with a degree in Business Administration and Mass Communications. He has extensive experience working with clients seeking prime residential, commercial, relocation and investment properties throughout the Washington/Baltimore Metro region. Madan began his career in 2000 as a marketing professional for satellite radio upstart, XM Satellite Radio (now Sirius XM Radio). After advancing to leadership positions in advertising agencies, he switched gears in 2007 and started his own real estate company, The Madan Group.

Madan has also volunteered his time to consult and advise individuals and small businesses through interactive seminars for Bank of America, SunTrust Mortgage, the Maryland Small Business Development Center, the Maryland/DC Minority Supplier Development Council and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
