About Nicole Supik

Meet Licensed REALTOR®, Director of Inside Sales & Training AND Our Goodwill Ambassador, Nicole Supik

Home buying isn’t a process, it’s a journey, at least that’s how Nicole views it. As an inside sales coordinator, she enjoys being the first point of contact for home buyers and sellers. “I enjoy talking to the clients and nurturing that relationship. I get to know them on a more personal level and really figure out what they are looking for in their home buying, selling or investment journey.”

Nicole has an added edge; prior to working with The Bob & Ronna Group, she was a Licensed Realtor working under the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty umbrella. Originally, Nicole started her career as a single Outside Sales Agent, but it became clear that her talents were best used as an Inside Sales Coordinator. It was an opportunity Nicole was delighted to have. “Switching over to The Bob & Ronna Group was really nice because they already have such a settled, strong presence and brand, which I was attracted to.”

For many first-time buyers and prospective clients, home-buying is a nerve-wracking experience, but Nicole is determined to help change that. “I was surprised at how little people truly know about the home-buying process, and moreover, how unattainable some people think it is. We have to do a better job educating people on the process and their options because there are options out there for everyone.” In fact, one of her favorite parts of the job is helping clients realize that their dream home is more attainable than they think. “First-time home buyers, or people who are kind of toeing at the process, may not be sure if it’s a feasible option for them. Helping them realize that it is feasible and being able to help them through that process is honestly one of the best things about my job.”

Nicole’s compassion for homebuyers extends outside of the office, as she recently received her “At Home with Diversity” certification. “Fair housing is something that is very important to me, and when I get further into my real estate career, it’s something I’d like to volunteer my time to.”

It’s not just her new role that she is enjoying, it’s the camaraderie she has found within her team. “Being an independent agent, the only time I interacted with others was when I was hosting an event or working with a client, but that wasn’t the same as having a team of people that you work really closely with day in and day out.” Nicole described her team as a group of good-humored people, and said, “We are very productive, but we always do take a moment to have a good laugh now and then.” She was quick to credit her lively work environment to the group leaders. “It really starts at the top with Bob and Ronna's leadership, and they really do foster an environment of goodwill.”

When Nicole isn’t working in the office, she is working toward her bachelor’s degree in business and creating mouth-watering dishes in the kitchen with her husband Matthew who happens to be a chef. “I really enjoy when we get to make our own pasta and pizza dough because it’s a true activity instead of just cooking and meal prep. But my favorite meal is a big bowl of ramen with all the fixins’!”
