To say Skye Bruce is a Top Producing REALTOR and innovative real estate
entrepreneur tells only part of the story. Yes, within 2 1/2 years of entering
real estate she was one of the Top Producing agents in all of Central Virginia
and has been one of the Top 10 volume REALTORS in all of Richmond for nearly a
decade.
However, there is much more to
Skye’s story than real estate and that is what makes Skye Bruce Properties such
a special organization.
Skye Bruce is a former professional
soccer player, collegiate and high school First Team All-American and Final
Four MVP. She played in the early, glory years of women’s soccer competing with
Mia Hamm, Julie Foudy, Brandi Chastain and other greats. Skye Bruce is a
dedicated wife and mother of three. She is a professionally licensed
soccer coach, long time youth coach, former collegiate coach, and is a coach educator for U.S. Soccer.
Skye Bruce is a Board Member
of a number of community organizations and tirelessly supports many others. She
started her own foundation, The Girls Can Club, a non-profit
mentoring program for young girls and is the founder of Soccer Parenting - a company dedicated to supporting youth soccer parents. Skye pioneers new initiatives and ideas
which further promote women in business and sport. Poised, articulate and
honest, Skye is a role model for our youth, entrepreneurs and athletes alike
who aspire to do great things and choose to matter in their community by giving
back.
Skye holds a MBA from the
University of Richmond and brings a unique business perspective to real estate
which clients and agents value. Skye is the Managing Broker of Skye Bruce
Properties, the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty affiliate for the
Short Pump/Glen Allen area of Richmond.
Skye oversees a team of REALTORS that regularly ranks in the TOP 10
of all real estate teams in Central Virginia.
Skye believes people are more
important than houses and the company is guided by this vision of supporting
the clients from their point of view. She guides and counsels agents
and their clients through the home buying and selling process with the
highest degree of integrity. She is an educator, facilitator, counselor, expert
and friend, which is so much more than an agent.
