Living in Northern Virginia all her life has given Danielle Wateridge a deep appreciation and understanding of the unique neighborhoods that make up this one-of-a-kind community. Growing up, Danielle always loved exploring the hugely diverse range of neighborhoods across the Northern Virginia and DC Metro regions. She fondly recalls asking her parents driving her to Open Houses to view interesting houses as a treat after her soccer games. Capitalizing on her infectious “real estate bug”, Danielle brings the skills of a top-tier professional along with the nuance and understanding of a lifelong local and real estate connoisseur.
After graduating from George Mason University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Danielle joined a patent and corporate law firm in London. She relocated to New York City in 2009 as a business analyst for an international investment bank until 2013 when she returned to her hometown of Fairfax, Virginia. While she actually began her real estate career while in New York City, Danielle knew she had to bring her skills back home.
Danielle prides herself on giving all of her clients the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the state of the local housing market, as well as its particular trends, comparable sales, and property values. Her clients receive a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s market. Danielle’s team-based approach to client relationships views each one as a true partnership.
